Magnus Decentius (d. 18 August 353) was a Roman usurper against Roman Emperor Constantius II.
Probably brother of Magnentius, Decentius was made Caesar by him in winter 350/351, and was consul in 352 and 353.
When Magnentius was defeated by Constantius at the Battle of Mons Seleucus and committed suicide, Decentius, who was leading reinforcements, hanged himself at Senonae.
