Deborah Norton is a British actress best known for her appearances in Yes, Prime Minister and A Bit of Fry and Laurie.

In Yes, Prime Minister, Norton played the recurring character of Dorothy Wainwright, Jim Hacker's political adviser. Some her other television roles include Z Cars, Home to Roost, Smith and Jones in Small Doses, 2point4 Children, Boon, Bliss and Chalk.
