Deborah K. Ross is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's thirty-eighth House district, including constituents in Wake county. An attorney from Raleigh, North Carolina, Ross is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in her first term in the state House.

Ross has filed for re-election from the thirty-eighth House district in the 2004 General Assembly election; she faced Republican Phil Jeffreys in the November general election.
