Dean McDermott

Dean McDermott (born November 16, 1966 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian actor who has appeared in countless TV and film roles including the hit Canadian programme Due South as Mountie Constable Turnbull, Kevin Costner film Open Range as well as numerous guest star roles.
Dean is married to Tori Spelling (whom he met on the set of Mind over Murder). His previous marriage to TV chef Mary Jo Eustace was dissolved in September 2005. He has a son, Jack Montgomery born in October, 1998 and a daughter Lola, who was born and adopted by Dean and Mary Jo in mid-2005, not long before Dean met Tori. Dean has joint custody of his son only and is no longer legally responsible for Lola.

Dean is perhaps best known for his role as Constable Turnbull in the popular TV show Due South.
He received a Gemini Nomination for Best Supporting Actor in 1997 for his portrayal of small town boy Garet French in Lives of Girls and Women.
