Dean Lane railway station is in Manchester, England. The station is on the Oldham Loop Line 4 km (2½ miles) north east of Manchester Victoria operated and managed by Northern Rail.

From about 1900 to his early death of TB at the age of 44 in 1912, the Station Master was Henry Ainscough, living in the Station Master's house at 52 Dean Lane. (On his death, the family had to move, the cost of living in a tied accommodation).

Monday to Saturday daytimes from Dean Lane there is an half-hourly service to Manchester Victoria southbound and Rochdale northbound. Evenings and Sundays there is an hourly service in each direction.
