Deaf Cultural Awareness is a cable news program based in northern California founded by the contemporary visual deaf artist, Christina Ramos-Bickford.

The program seeks to educate hearing people on Deaf culture. It's an interview and documentary based subject forum which goes into depths relating to deaf issues.
