My name is Dewayne Cowles. I am a software developer with a passion for innovation. To date my most notable achievements are one of the first mobile email clients (circa 1984) on the Radioshack model 100 notebook for Darpanet, and as a founder of Noetix Corp, which I am no longer a part of.
