Dax Griffin
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dax Griffin (born March 22, 1975 in Atlanta, Georgia) is an American actor.
Griffin was best known as Tim Truman on the NBC soap opera Sunset Beach from January 1997 until the soap's cancellation in December 1999. He also guest-starred as attorney Justin McCoy on All My Children in 2003.
Griffin joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful in the new role of Shane McGrath on September 12, 2006.
He formerly lived with and was in a relationship with fellow soap star Amelia Heinle (Victoria, The Young and the Restless).
Was also formerly involved with current The Bold and the Beautiful co-star Jennifer Gareis.
There is some controversy with his age, as he claims to have been born in 1975. However, he was a member of the Class of 1990 for Joseph Wheeler High School in Marietta, Georgia and graduated from the University of Alabama in 1995. This would place him as a high school graduate at the age of 15 and a college graduate at the age of 20, a fairly unlikely scenario.
