Radio Fiza was the sixth of the original pilot Access Radio stations in the United Kingdom which paved to way for the full launch of community radio stations in 2005. The Karimia Institue provided programming on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays between 0800-1200 and 1900-2300 hours and on Sunday between 0800-1200. The remaining programming was provided by the Asian Women's Project who now broadcast as Faza FM. On 28 March 2006 The Karimia Institue moved their programming to 107.6FM and commenced broadcasts as 107.6 Dawn FM.

Speech-led programming with news and current affairs focussing on issues of local concern and interest. Included are interviews, discussions, phone-ins and features. Music styles featured include Qawalis, Naats, and Ghazals. Dawn FM broadcasts in English (60%), Urdu, Punjabi, Mirpuri, and various Arabic languages and English
