Talk:David B. Haight

[edit] Wikipedia is not a eulogy

I've just put an npov tag on this article, but actually I'm just going to delete the following, disgracefully unencyclopedic paragraph. Which is certainly utterly objective and possibly just propaganda. In any case it doesn't belong here:

Near the end of his life, his vision impaired, he would deliver his talks in General Conference from memory. His boyish humor and endless devotion to the gospel are evidenced despite his advanced years. In one particularly moving instance, he was called to the stand by President Hinckley to wave to the congregation for his second to last General Conference. He spoke at the next General Conference, giving his final powerful witness of the Savior. His smile and compassion endured to the end. Jamorama 13:56, 8 December 2005 (UTC)
