David Whitehurst (born April 27, 1955 in Baumhaulder, Germany) was a former professional football who was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 8th round of the 1977 NFL Draft. A 6'2" quarterback from Furman University, Whitehurst played his entire career for the Packers from 1977-1983.
His son Charlie Whitehurst played quarterback for Clemson University and is currently with the San Diego Chargers.
