David Warin Solomons is a British singer (countertenor) and composer, born in 1953.

He writes primarily tonal and modal music, which has been performed in many parts of the world, including Manchester, UK, Riga, Paris, France, Tilburg and the USA and is published by Da Capo Ltd (run by Colin Bayliss) and Musik Fabrik (run by Paul Wehage), Recital Music and Zimbel Press.

Carson Cooman has premiered some of his organ works.

Tubalate have performed many of his works for tuba and euphonium quartet.

His most recent music making projects have included Multitracking techniques in which he sings all the parts of compositions written either by himself or by fellow composers throughout the world.

In March 2004, he became a founding member of the Delian Society, which is dedicated to the Renaissance of tonal music.
