David Noble (footballer)

David Noble (born 2 February 1982 in Hitchin) is a professional footballer with Bristol City. He plays in central midfield.
His career began as a trainee at Arsenal, with whom he won the FA Youth Cup in 2000. His first senior appearance was on loan at Watford, who he played for for a season (2001/02), during Gianluca Vialli's reign. In 2003 he joined newly relegated West Ham United, but found his opportunities limited, and moved on to Boston United a year later. In January 2006 he moved to Bristol City, after enjoying a successful loan spell there.
