Davit Mitchell was born in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. He is an Irish actor known for playing Jimmy in The RTÉ Soap Opera Fair City. He is also known for his part as Toby Stephens in Doctors & Nurses.

He is also famous for winning You're A Star Charity Special, a singing competition where he defeated 7 other celebrities.
