David Milwyn Duggan

David Milwyn Duggan (1879-1942) was a politician and financial investor from Alberta, Canada.

He served as mayor of Edmonton, Alberta. from 1921 to 1923. He later ran for the Alberta Conservative Party in the 1926 provincial election. He served in the legislature until 1940 and became leader of the Conservatives in 1929.
