David McGurk (born September 30, 1982 in Middlesbrough) is a footballer currently playing for York City.

He started his career with Darlington, where he was a player of from 2001-2006. He spent most of the 2004/05 and 2005/06 seasons at York City on loan, where he finally signed for permanently at the end of the 2005/06 season.

He has missed several games lately because of a cut eye, and is now suffering from a throat infection.
