David Lloyd-Jones

'David Lloyd-Jones has been a conductor for orchestral and choral concerts, BBC broadcasts and TV studio opera productions. He was appointed Assistant Music Director at English National Opera where he conducted a wide repertory which included the first British staging of War and Peace by Prokofiev's. He then founded Opera North where he became Artistic Director of the full-time opera company in 1978.
