David Greenwood

Dave Kasim Greenwood (born May 27, 1957 Lynwood, California) is a former professional basketball player whose NBA career spanned 12 years from 1980 to 1991. A forward/center, he played for the Chicago Bulls, San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets and Detroit Pistons. He is famously known as the second pick in the 1979 NBA Draft. The Chicago Bulls lost the coin-flip to the Los Angeles Lakers, who drafted Basketball Hall of Famer Magic Johnson with their number one pick.

He attended the University of California at Los Angeles. He coached at a Don Antonio Lugo High School, where he was 37-60 [citation needed]
