David Fraser (Canadian)

David Fraser is a Brigadier General of the Canadian Forces who was the commander of Multi National Brigade for Regional Command South in Afghanistan's southern provinces. He took over from US Gen. Karl Eikenberry on February 28, 2006 and served in that capacity until October of the same year.
