David Enskog

David Enskog (April 22, 1884June 1, 1947) was a Swedish mathematical physicist. he received his Ph.D. from Uppsala University in 1917, and was later professor at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Enskog helped develop the kinetic theory of gases by extending the Maxwell-Boltzmann equations.
