David Chow is a fictional character in the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless. The character will debut on-screen January 9th, portrayed by actor Vincent Irizarry, and will be somehow connected to the murder mystery surrounding Carmen Mesta's (Marisa Ramirez) death.
