David Burt

David Burt is a British actor, famed for his many and wide-ranging West End performances. He recently starred alongside Yvette Robinson in the London production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Woman in White at the Palace Theatre, playing the flamboyant Count Fosco. He has just finished playing the role of Captain Andy Hawks in Show Boat at London's Royal Albert Hall.

Other London productions include playing Captain Harkness in the world premiere musical production of The Far Pavilions at the Shaftesbury Theatre and Vic Christian in the Pet Shop Boys' musical Closer to Heaven at the Arts Theatre in 2001. He can also be heard on the 1985 original London cast recording of Les Miserables in the role of Enjolras and the 1996 london cast recording of Jesus Christ Superstar in the role of Pontius Pilate.
