Dave Prazak (born in Naperville, IL USA) is a pro wrestling manager based in midwestern America.

In the past he has managed notable wrestlers such as Ricky Morton, Robert Gibson, Tracy Smothers , Don Muraco, Buddy Landel, Sherri Martel, Steve Corino, Samoa Joe, CM Punk, and others.

He has done commentary on releases from CHIKARA, Ring of Honor, Full Impact Pro, and IWA Mid-South, and worked for TNA from 2003 to 2004.

Prazak also is the promoter for the women's wrestling promotion, SHIMMER.
