Dave Hereora is a New Zealand politician. He is a member of the Labour Party. He was first elected to Parliament in the 2002 elections, standing unsuccessfully against National's Judith Collins in Clevedon but nevertheless entering Parliament as a list MP. He was previously active in the trade unions, and was also Maori Vice-President of Labour Party. He was originally a worker at a meat processing plant.
