Dave Hanson (Hanson brother)

Dave Hanson (born April 12, 1954 in Cumberland, Wisconsin) is a retired American ice hockey forward.

Hanson is best known for his role in the movie Slap Shot as one of the Hanson Brothers. Hanson also played in the World Hockey Association with the Birmingham Bulls and Minnesota Fighting Saints and in the National Hockey League for the Detroit Red Wings and Minnesota North Stars.
