David "Dave" Lee Coulier (born September 21, 1959) is an American television and voice actor from Detroit, Michigan, best known for his role as Joey Gladstone on Full House.
Coulier graduated in 1977 from Notre Dame High School in Harper Woods, Michigan. Coulier got his start in high school doing stand-up during the lunch hours and impersonating the principal over the school PA system.
Currently he is a member of Duck's Breath Mystery Theater touring comedy troupe (which he claims is clean comedy but not quite as wholesome as Full House) as well as host of the series Animal Kidding. He also hosted America's Funniest People and Opportunity Knocks.
In addition to Full House, Coulier starred in the children's comedy series Out of Control and appeared on George and Leo and Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher.
Coulier has done extensive voice work for shows including Extreme Ghostbusters, The Real Ghostbusters and Slimer! and the Real Ghostbusters (taking over the character of Peter Venkman after Lorenzo Music's departure from the role), Muppet Babies (Baby Animal, Baby Bunsen, and Bean Bunny), Scooby and Scrappy-Doo, The Jetsons, Rude Dog and the Dweebs, Detention, and Teen Titans [citation needed].
He also appeared in The Even Stevens Movie (where he had a cameo as a game show host) and The Thirteenth Year. Additionally, he was also a voice actor in Yogi Bear and the Magical Flight of the Spruce Goose.
His most recent television appearance was on the TV reality show Skating with Celebrities on FOX. He was paired with Olympic medalist Nancy Kerrigan and was eliminated in the fourth episode.
An avid fan of the Detroit Red Wings, Coulier was a member of the Celebrity All-Stars hockey squad, along with Jason Priestley, Matthew Perry, Alan Thicke, Michael J. Fox, Michael Keaton, and Richard Dean Anderson. He also was part of the 2002 NHL All-Star Celebrity Challenge. Coulier was married for two years to Jayne Modean and has one son.
He also founded his own children's entertainment company F3 Entertainment in 2000.

- He provides a voice-match of Richard Pryor in his movies when profanity is used, in order to replace profane words with cleaner ones. [citation needed]
- He is "popular" for his imitations of various celebrities (Richard Pryor, Bill Murray, Joe Pesci, Bill Cosby, Eddie Murphy, etc.). [citation needed]

- He remains close with his Full House castmates. [citation needed] He sometimes tours on the stand-up circuit with Bob Saget, though Saget's comedy is raunchy and vulgar while Coulier's is more family-oriented. [citation needed]
- He plays guitar and harmonica.[citation needed]
- He is often mistaken for Jeff Daniels for the role of Harry Dunne in Dumb and Dumber. [citation needed]
- He has volunteered as an actor with the Young Storytellers Program. [citation needed]
- In August of 2006, a internet-based rumor began that Coulier was featured in the direct-to-video release, Snakes on a Train. This is untrue, and the man featured in Snakes on a Train is actually the younger, less-known actor Stephen A.F. Day. [citation needed]
