Dartmouth Crossing is the name for a $280 million commercial real estate development currently under construction in Dartmouth , Nova Scotia, Canada.

Dartmouth Crossing is owned by North American Development Group. The site under construction is located north of the interchange with Highway 118 and Highway 111 in Dartmouth in the Halifax Regional Municipality.

As of October 2006, tenants will include Wal-Mart[1], Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Costco, Staples, Inc., Marriott Hotel, Petcetera, Bowring, TD Canada Trust and a 12-screen Empire Theatres movie theatre[2].
