Darren Sammy

Darren Sammy (born December 20, 1983 in St. Lucia) is a West Indian cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a medium-fast bowler.

He was the first international cricketer to emerge from St. Lucia. He won a one-day cap in 2004 despite not playing in the match, and was called to the squad in September 2004 in place of Jermaine Lawson.
