Darrell Reid (born June 20, 1982) is a Defensive Tackle for the Indianapolis Colts professional football team. He was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2005.

Darrell played college football at the University of Minnesota from 2000-2004 where he was a four year starter. When he arrived at Minnesota he played linebacker, but he was switched to defensive tackle where he started from 2001 - 2003. During his junior season in 2003 he led the team in sacks with 5.5. In his senior season Reid was moved to defensive end and led Minnesota in sacks with 7.5 and was named to the 2004 All-Big Ten Second Team.
