[edit] Darko Rundek & Cargo Orkestar
Sided by the suigeneris group Cargo Orkestar, Darko Rundek recorded the cabaret album Ruke in 2002 (but released in September of 2004). Featuring a slow and vintage musical style it tells the story of a band of ship-travelling musicians, producing an atmospheric cabaret feel intensified by the lo-fi production of Vedran Peternel.
Some lyrics, mainly penned by Rundek after the instrumental compositions of the Cargo Orkestar members, are spoken in English, but also in Croatian, Spanish, French, and in a language supposedly created by Rundek himself.
