Dapeng International Plaza

Dapeng International Plaza is a 269.4 metre (884 foot) tall skyscraper located in Guangzhou, China. The building was completed in early 2006 after many delays. The construction had been put on-hold a number of times including a one year period between 2004 and 2005.

The top floor of the tower is 213 metres above ground. The spire at the top 269.4 metres from the ground which makes Dapeng International Plaza the 58th tallest building in the world when measured to the highest architectural point.

The building has 56 floors above ground, which contain offices, and four underground floors of vehicle garages.

The entire building was designed by the Guangzhou Design Institute and the building covers an area of 131,792 m².
