Thanks for your kind welcome. You make some suggestions which are very vague. Want to be more specific? The only specific criticism was that the word clothist is not widely used. Well, I think it's as widely used as many of the others. Besides, we can include rare words, can't we? I'm not sure I'm typing this in the right place. [edit] Please do not move pages by cut and paste

but use the "move" function so as not to destroy the Wikipedia:Page history. I will delete Social nudity now and restore the previous version at Naturism because it appears to be simply copied content. Please examine recent user contributions by User:Cyndiann. She removed all content from Clothes free movement and Clothes free people and redirected it to article titles with the NPOV term naturism in the title in them, then rewrote the articles using NPOV naturism. Can you please help me get an admin involved this dispute? I'm sorry if I made errors. Where is the best place to discuss this? I'm concerned that any article that is in the middle of an edit/revert/move war could lose the dialogue. Please Please help!!!! Thanks. Dandelion1 01:05, 13 April 2006 (UTC)

About the title of Naturism versus Social nudity, I don't want to take a side in this dispute. (Actually, I don't want to take sides in this dispute at all, just trying to repair your cut&paste moves). Wider discussion on that one is maybe not a bad idea. I don't quite understand what the POV involved here is: is it a "naturist" versus "nudist" thing? I'm sorry, I am used to easier questions like whether to use the German or Polish name of some obscure villages in Poland ;-) Kusma (討論) 01:48, 13 April 2006 (UTC)

Re: POV dispute, yes people can create an article on either naturism and nudism and they would be virtually identicle, so it is better to use a more broad term, see the dicussion page on what was Social nudity. My associate, who is the editor at large for Nude and Natural magazine has spent over a year working on an article showing how each country has a different interpretation and usage of those two words. Go to Special:Preferences, check "Raw link" and enter
[[User:Dandelion|Dandelion]]
in the "Nickname" field. Maybe even better would be a signature including talk and contributions links:
[[User:Dandelion]] ([[User talk:Dandelion|talk]]|[[Special:Contributions/Dandelion1|contribs]])

How do we know that "The copyright holder allows anyone to use it for any purpose, provided that copyright holder is attributed."? Michael Nedell here - one of the organizers for WNBR Burlington Vermont 06. I am locked out of the wiki, and wanted to put the times and location and such stuff up there. The reason given is, vandalism on photo or something like that. Please help!

I am going to give you some well meant advise (although you might experience this differently). The advise is to leave the Nudism Naturalism etc pages alone for a few days and cool down. There is to much venom in you writing at the moment resulting in personal attacks, and that is not going to work to get a consensus. KimvdLinde 02:25, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

The article was nominated for deletion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Timeline of significant non-sexualized public nudity activities and moved to the current title per the discussion. However, since the article seems to be copied from another source and there's no indication that it's used with permission I blanked it and listed it on Wikipedia:Copyright problems/2006 August 5/Articles. If you hold the copyright to it, or you have permission to use it under the terms of GFDL, please indicate so on the article's talk page and under the article's listing on the aforementioned copyright problems page. Dandelion, I was reviewing articles on combat and came across the Nudity in combat article. To me the topic was nudity in combat. I understand this to be similar to nudity while fighting, which the balance of the article is focused. The topic was not nudity in prison or nudity in humilation and degradation. I deleted the picture of Abu Graihb (sp) and some of the narrative you added recently. Articles need to stay focused on topic and not "bleed" into other topics. Cheers.
