I am a writer, editor and designer of digital and analog media. I work freelance for a variety of clients, and I work regularly for the Denver Post Online.

I was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, raised in Beaverton, Oregon, and currently live in Denver, Colorado. I am 26 years old, and live with my wife and her 5-year-old son.

I am in my 18th year of school, currently pursuing a degree in Technical Communication from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Denver Automotive & Diesel College, recieving an Associate of Applied Science degree in Automotive Technology February 15, 2000.
I also have additional training in clerical work, web design and page layout.

I have experience at creating corporate identities, including logos, layout styles and formatting, advertising, and more. My clients have included media consulting firms and salons, among others. I have also edited one novel to date, as well as edited and done layout for a beginning-reading book.
I have experience with a variety of software tools including Quark Xpress and those from Adobe Systems.
[edit] Interests
My areas of interest include the English language, etymology, books (especially science fiction) and all things related to computers.
I occasionally find time to work on my personal and professional websites, the first of which (offensivethreads.com) was coded entirely by hand using notepad (and it shows!).
