Hello! I am Dan Dawson and live in Santa Cruz County, California. When I first came across Wikipedia I thought it was an EXCELLENT concept! It didn't take long at all before I made an edit or two, next thing I knew I was creating new articles.

I'm a graphic artist, web designer, professional photographer and also a private pilot. You will see most of my edits probably pertaining to those areas as well as the local history of the Santa Cruz area.

My most recent project has been documenting a bit of the history of the airports in Santa Cruz County. All but one of them are now closed or restricted to being private-use airports.

I currently fly Cessna 172's, 182's, and Cherokee 140's out of Watsonville Municipal Airport.
