• I would argue that the subject was notable through #6, "notable or prolific within a specific genre niche", i.e. British televised sex lines (Babestation). I think Wikipedia sometimes concentrates too much on the American sex industry; the UK "phone-in softcore" channels are an interesting development in porn, and this area could be expanded.
