[edit] History
Danny Cimoli was born in England in 1969, but raised by an Italian mother. He and his mother lived in Paris, France. Danny was an amateur magician and wanted to be a big time magician. His mother, who considered Danny's stuff toys, tried to help him get a job. One day, she became frustrated with him and threw his things out the window, into the street. When he went out to get his things, a truck from out of no where hit Danny and killed him. A few minutes later, Danny is revived as an Immortal.
Danny joined the circus, becoming a big act for the show. He called himself "The Immortal Cimoli", not actually knowing he was Immortal, until he met Duncan MacLeod and Amanda, who went to the circus to see the show. Duncan and Amanda sensed the presence of another Immortal, realizing that Danny was one of them. Danny's act consisted in being shot and come back to life. Duncan and Amanda went visit Danny after the show, realizing that he was new to The Game. They told Danny about being Immortal, who was so overwhelmed that he believed that he could become bigger than Harry Houdini.
That night at the circus, Danny sensed the presence of another Immortal, Damon Case. Case challenged Danny to fight, but Danny wasn't ready to face Case. Later on, Danny went to Duncan's barge and told him about Case. Duncan had encountered Case before. Duncan tried to talk to Case about Danny, but Case still wanted to challenge him. Danny called the police to prevent Duncan from losing his head.
The next day, Duncan told Danny that he needed to train in Japan, but Danny couldn't leave his mother behind. Danny told MacLeod that he was offered a show in Las Vegas. Later, Duncan faced Case. After beating him, Duncan nearly spared Case's life, but when Case refused to leave Danny alone Duncan took Case's head and received his Quickening.
After Case's death, Duncan visited Danny. Danny asked Duncan to help him in a trick. Danny cuffed Duncan and pulled out a sword. Danny nearly took Duncan's head, but Duncan got free of the cuffs. Danny wanted to take Duncan's head so he would have the strength to defeat Damon Case but Duncan told Danny that he had taken care of Case. Danny felt bad for what he was about to do. Duncan came to see Danny to see if he is still going to Las Vegas, which he was. Duncan saw that Danny was mostly interested in getting his "15 minutes of fame".
In Vegas, after doing his show, Danny is last seen going to have a battle with an Immortal Vrej Ratavoussian in the building's parking lot, while he's talking to his mother on a cell phone. He told his mother that he loved her. Whether he survived the battle is unknown, but it is most probable that he died.
