The Danish Nurses Organisation (Danish: Dansk Sygeplejeråd or DSR) is a trade union in Denmark. It represents 95% of all nurses, with a membership of 74,000.

The DLF is affiliated with the Salaried Employees' and Civil Servants' Confederation, and Public Services International.
