Danilo Aleksander Petrović-Njegoš (Anglicised: Daniel Alexander Petrovich-Niegosh) (1871 - 1939) was the Crown Prince of Montenegro. He was eldest of the sons of King Nikola I Petrović-Njegoš of Montenegro and Queen Milena Vukotić. He was, for approximately a week, a self-assumed King of Montenegro, but with unrecognised Government-in-exile. He was in exile from March 1, 1921 - March 7, 1921. Danilo was succeeded in royal claims and in headship of their house by his nephew, Prince Michael Petrović-Njegoš of Montenegro.
