Daniel Morrissey (died 1981) was a senior Irish politician who sat in Dáil Éireann for thirty-five years.
He was first elected to the 3rd Dáil in the 1923 general election as a Labour Party TD for Tipperary. He fought the 1932 general election as an Independent candidate, but joined Cumann na nGaedhael the following year.
In the First Inter-Party Government, he was appointed to the Cabinet under John A. Costello in 1948 as Minister for Industry & Commerce. In 1954, he declined accepting a cabinet position in the Second Inter-Party Government due to his age. Morrissey was elected to Dáil Éireann at every election until 1957 when he retired from politics.
