Daniel Martín Alexandre commonly known as Dani or Dani Martín , (born 16 September 1981 in Sevilla, Andalusia), is a Spanish footballer. He plays as a striker for La Liga side Real Betis.

- Dani has spent his whole career at Real Betis. He played for Real Betis B between 1998 and 2001. During the 1999/2000 season he scored 6 goals in 27 games.
- Dani has played 79 La Liga matches from 2001, through to 2006, scoring 19 goals.
- His greatest contribution to Real Betis was his Copa del Rey winning goal against Osasuna in 2005. The goal came in extra-time as Betis won 2-1. Dani also scored the only goal in a 1-0 win against Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League during the 2005/2006 season.

- Dani was knocked unconscious during a league game against Deportivo in November 2003 and was unable to remember a disallowed goal he had scored during the game.
- Dani is contracted to Real Betis till 2010.
