Daniel Kandi

Daniel Kandi is a music producer from Denmark who specializes in commercial dance music. He began producing trance in 2000 under the name DJ Mendoza. Kandi recently produced a track called Breathe, a trance release on the UK Anjunabeats trance record label; he also provides remixes for other Anjunabeats releases such as Above & Beyond's Can't Sleep and Sunny Lax's Mira, and is the founder of remix team Hit'n'Run.
Kandi and Anders D. Mikkelsen (also known as Stalker) comprise trance music duo Aurelius. They released their first single, titled Sorrow, with Jamie P and vocals by David Hughes. It was released in September of 2005 on the Dutch label Intrenze Records.
Kandi recently produced a track named "Nova", which was played on Above & Beyond's Trance Around The World Episode 128 As the Web Vote Winner. He also produced another track named "Child", which was played on Above & Beyond's Trance Around The World Episode 129. The track "Child" will be released along with "Nova" as an EP on the Anjunabeats label.
