Dana Levin

Dana Levin is a poet and Chair of Creative Writing, Humanities, and Interdisciplinary Studies and Associate Professor at the College of Santa Fe. She also teaches in the Warren Wilson MFA Program for Writers. She has a B.A. from Pitzer College, an MA in English and Creative Writing from New York University. Her first book, In the Surgical Theatre, was published by American Poetry Review/Copper Canyon Press in 1999, and Copper Canyon brought out her second book, Wedding Day in 2005. Her work has appeared in many anthologies including The Poet’s Child, This Art, American Poetry: The Next Generation, and in magazines such as The Atlantic Monthly, Poetry and Volt. [1]
