Dan Hewins is the bass player and singer for the Brooklyn, NY noise rock band Up The Empire. He was previously the bass player and sometimes singer for the bands Bling Kong, Kilowatthours, Matches FC, Ghost Wave, and The Neem. He was previously the drummer for Five Second Flat.
