Dan Forsman

Dan Forsman (born July 15, 1958) is an American professional golfer. He was born in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. He has won five tournaments on the PGA Tour. He attended Arizona State University and married the former Trudy Holley. They currently reside in Provo, Utah.
