Damjan Fras (born February 21, 1973) is a Slovenian ski jumper who has competed since 1990. He won a bronze medal at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City in the Team Large Hill event.

Fras earned a bronze medal in the Individual Normal Hill event at the 1991 World Junior Championships and also finished third three times in the Individual Normal Hill events at the Continential Cup in Velenje, Slovenia
