[edit] Career

After being trained in Walter "Killer" Kowalski's Salem Mass. school as "The Monkey Man Ed Bonzo", he debuted in the IWF in 1980 with a live monkey on his arm during interviews, where he wrestled against Dominic DeNucci, David Sammartino, and Larry Winters as a heel.

After the IWF, he changed his look from a blonde pretty boy to a demonic presence wearing black leather & spikes and spent some time in the National Wrestling Federation where he managed D.C. Drake as well as Abdullah the Butcher, and Kevin Sullivan.

He wrestled a fair amount of matches for the NWF and in Extreme Championship Wrestling, where he was best known under the name Godfather of Extreme and managed and tag-teamed with Devon Storm.

In late 1996, he left Extreme Championship Wrestling and relocated to Florida were he now resides.
