Damien Eyre

Damien Eyre was born in 1967 and is a left-arm spin bowler once on the books of Derbyshire. For many seasons he was professional at Glossop CC in the Lancashire County League and he took over 325 wickets for them in his last 3 years at the club from 2002-2004. From 2005 he moved to be professional for Flowery Field Cricket Club also in the Lancashire County League and after a successful first season was re-signed for 2006 and recently for 2007. In 2006 he became the first bowler to take 100 "five-fors" (i.e. 5 wickets in an innings)in the history of the Lancashire County League.
