[edit] Character Info

Daley is the stepsister of Lex Marin. Her father had remarried Lex's mother after her mother died from cancer. Before her mother died, Daley had to clean and take care of the house while her father worked. She had to be in charge of everything that went on in the house, as well as herself.

With her curly red hair and feisty demeanor, Daley is a well-known sophomore at the Hartwell School.

However, she's not always well liked. Recently elected class president, Daley is one of the school's best students — and she knows it. Her rival at Hartwell was Nathan McHugh. Now Nathan and her are friends. Nathan has a crush on her.

A fierce competitor and always resourceful, Daley excels at nearly everything she sets her mind to — from school to sports to raising money for a ticket to the Micronesia EcoAdventure Tour. Lex also came on the trip. Though they bicker like any brother and sister, Daley is incredibly loyal to Lex, just as she's staunchly loyal to her friends.

After they crash landed on the deserted island, Daley immediately tried to take charge of the group.

Daley and Nathan had started fighting over who is the leader of the group. When Daley and Lex went to look for a campsite, she came in contact with a dozen leeches on her leg. Luckily, their campfire was able to burn them off before she was totally drained of blood.

When Daley and Nathan tried to have an election for leadership, Daley started bribing others with water, but lost the election to... Jackson. Daley and Eric continue to search for a source for fresh water to drink. With Jackson as the leader, Daley was given the job of rationing the food and insure everyone gets their equal take of food.

Nathan, Daley, and Lex went to find food out in the jungle. He wanted to prove to her that he could get the coconuts from a tall tree, but she figured that he wanted to do it to prove to himself.

Daley became fed up with Taylor because she was not doing her fair share of the work. She had her dig a latrine out in the jungle, which got Taylor to be inspired to get revenge on Daley. Taylor had threw Daley's shirt in the latrine pit, which the other students had started using. Even though the shirt was lost in the pit, Taylor was not completely heartless when she saved the photograph of her and her family.

Daley and Nathan had went hunting for a pig. It was during this hunt that got the two to come together.

Nathan and Daley had nearly got into a fight with Jackson. However, they later made up when they helped Jackson finish the raft for Lex's sign. It was at that time when she realized that she forgot Lex's birthday.

Daley and Melissa were arguing over the possession of a necklace that they found in the plane, and it was until they saw one of their own (Abby) on a verge of death that they forgot about the necklace and had to look out for one another.

When the video diaries were mysteriously stolen, Nathan and Daley put their heads together and figured that Lex may have taken them. This caused a trial set up by Eric, and Daley was defending him. It turned out Lex did steal the tapes to keep them from Eric because he saw something shocking on Jackson's tape. Later, a monsoon had struck and washed the plane away.

After Jackson quit being the leader, Nathan had encouraged Daley to take the lead.

After Melissa accidentally told everyone about Nathan's crush on Daley, she became awkward toward Nathan. She started making a punishment for Eric for breaking the lighter (which he later fixed) and got on Taylor's case about complaining and messing up.
