Daleks is a computer game in which the object is to destroy as many Daleks as possible. It is essentially a version of Robots with Daleks substituted.
The player is the Doctor from the television series Doctor Who, surrounded by Daleks that converge toward him, one square at a time, with every move he takes. The primary means of destroying the Daleks is to flee from them in such a pattern that the Daleks crash into each other, generating a pile of garbage that will destroy other Daleks that run into it. The secondary means is by using a sonic screwdriver that will destroy any adjacent Daleks; however, it is usually limited to one use per level.
When the player's situation appears doomed, he can teleport to a random sector on the field. However, this runs the risk of landing in a sector adjacent to a Dalek, meaning instant death.
The game was ported to DOS, Palm OS, J2ME and many other platforms. Most versions exist as freeware.
