Dale L. Gifford

Dale L. Gifford has been Hewitt Associates Chief Executive Officer since 1992 and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since March 2002. Prior to his current role, Mr. Gifford managed Hewitt's Southwest and Midwest U.S. Market Groups, international operations, and their flexible compensation practice. He also was a manager in Hewitt's actuarial practice. Mr. Gifford joined Hewitt in 1972 as an actuary. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the Academy of Actuaries. Mr. Gifford received a B.B.A. in Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin in 1972.


Dale has since retired from Hewitt Associates in October of 2006.
